Southampton University is writing a feature to raise awareness about the right to claim on the basis of sexual orientation at work. They are specifically looking for a contact who would not mind saying a few words who has either been discriminated against at work due to their sexual orientation, or who has made a claim at an employment tribunal for the same reason.
