ImageThere are a number of help and support groups out there for gay/lesbian/bi/transgendered people. They offer confidential and impartial advice on all sorts of matters.

1) Breakout Youth Project
Breakout is a full-time project for young people aged 13 to 25 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender or unsure of their gender or sexual identity.

Breakout offers advice, support, activities, information and a telephone service (mobile), Monday to Friday 9am-5pm on: 07860 444673 and answering machine on: 023 80 223344.

3) The Ribbons Centre

The Ribbons Centre is based in Southampton, England and is the only centre in Southern Hampshire working to support people living with HIV/AIDS.

We provide a range of information and support services for people living with the virus, and also their partners, children, family and carers.
