There are a number of help and support groups out there for gay/lesbian/bi/transgendered people. They offer confidential and impartial advice on all sorts of matters.
1) Breakout Youth Project
Breakout is a full-time project for young people aged 13 to 25 who
identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender or unsure
of their gender or sexual identity.

3) The Ribbons Centre
The Ribbons Centre is based in Southampton, England and is the only
centre in Southern Hampshire working to support people living with
HIV/AIDS.
We provide a range of information and support services for people
living with the virus, and also their partners, children, family and
carers.

4) TG F.A.C.T.
TGFact works with employers in the proactive management of transition in
the workplace, enabling people who have a clinical requirement to change
gender role to effect successful transition.
